Hagerstown, Md., lost her battle with addiction Monday, July 3, 2017.She was born Nov. 9, 1981, in Seattle, Wash., the daughter of Ross G. Lahew and Susan Diane Wagener Lahew of Washington.Lori worked at Subway in Eighty Four, Pa., for several years.Her life was her twin boys, and she loved her pets.In addition to her parents, surviving are her longtime companion, Patrick A. Larkins; her twin sons, Cameron Larkins and Mason Larkins; a brother, Chay D. (Alisha) Lahew of Waynesburg, Pa.; two nieces, Bryn Lahew and Dani Stockdale; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.There will be no public visitation or service.Arrangements have been entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, Pa.

She was employed by Hi-Low Foods in Chicago as a cashier. On July 4, 1937, she was united in marriage to Dallas Welch at the Ingraham Christian Church in Ingraham, IL.
